Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Rates are based on double occupancy, suites sleep three to four; $20.00 for each additional person age 2 and over, plus tax.

Check in from 3:00p.m. - 9:00p.m EST.

Check out by 12:00 noon.

Arrival after 9:00p.m., please call to make arrangements.

We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

We are child-friendly; however, certain rooms and suites are better suited to families than others. Please call an Innkeeper to help choose the perfect accommodations for your family.

We cannot allow pets on our premises, but we would be happy to recommend a nearby boarding facility for you.

Smoking and the burning of candles are strictly prohibited.


Reservations: Payment in full of your first night's lodging guarantees your reservation.

Cancellations: Our strict cancellation policy is vital to the operations of a small inn. Cancellations must be made at least eight (8) days prior to your stay for a refund of your deposit, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than eight (8) days prior to your stay will be issued a gift certificate for the amount of the deposit, less a $30 cancellation fee. Gift certificates are valid at any business in Bluff View Art District. You will forfeit your entire deposit for no shows or cancellations made after 3p.m. Eastern Standard Time the day prior to your arrival date, and in the case of multi-night bookings, booked nights will be charged, unless we are able to re-book.
